Mentors are trained volunteers who complete a 12 week gender specific programme in mentoring skills. WRSAC particularly welcome applications from ex-offenders who would like to train as mentors. Mentoring support is offered for a 12 month period, they accept self-referrals as well as referrals from other agencies.
