The North Wales Women’s Centre offers a safe place for the multi service provision of information, support, advocacy, training and referral on issues relating to work, health and wellbeing. Their purpose is to support women in tackling the barriers preventing them from progression to personal development, learning or employment, through the provision of one to one support. The centre provides person centred counseling, confidence building and assertiveness courses and provision of alternative therapies. The services are built around an holistic approach to supporting women by assessment, support planning and addressing all the areas of issue.
