Changing Lives

Changing Lives is founded in the North East with regional bases across the North and Midlands. They engage and support the most social excluded people in our communities, commonly experiencing homelessness, addiction, sexual exploitation, violence and abuse and a range of health issues. Their teams accompany service users through a journey of recovery by offering intervention, support and services for all stages of the recovery process, in areas including accommodation, addiction and employment, and dedicated Women’s Services. Changing Lives have a strong commitment to employing people with lived experience and 25% of their staff teams have previously used their services.

Changing Lives Women’s Services support women and girls who are vulnerable or at risk to improve emotional resilience, wellbeing and community integration to reach their full potential. Changing Lives have one-stop-shop Women’s Centres as well as specialist services for children and families at risk, women and girls exposed to sexual exploitation, domestic abuse victims and those involved in the Criminal Justice System, adopting a trauma-informed holistic model of support. Changing Lives have current contracts with Sodexo, APM and RRP operating across the North East, Yorkshire and Humberside, East and West Midlands through NOMS CFO 3 and CRCs offering both community and resettlement services.
