LB Bexley - Housing Options

Housing options advice for people in Bexley threatened with homelessness. Also advice for private tenants, owner occupiers and non priority homeless people. Deal with a range of housing issues, including harassment and illegal evictions, rent arrears, finding a place to live and welfare rights.

Cornwall Council - Camelford One Stop Shop

Advice and information on accessing all Cornwall Council services, including housing/homelessness, social services, education, council tax and housing benefit.

Liverpool City Council - Housing Options Service

Homelessness prevention and assessment service. Advice and information for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness on finding accommodation, prevention work including mediation, negotiation with landlords, rent deposit scheme. Assessment of priority need under the Housing Act. Service available through the Council's One Stop Shops. Telephone service 24 hours a day.

Hammersmith and Fulham Advice

Referral gateway into Supporting People funded accommodation - approximately 1,000 bedspaces across the borough, including homeless, ex-offender, mental health, and drug and alcohol projects. Applicants must have an established local connection to LB Hammersmith & Fulham and be in housing need.

LB Lambeth - Support Needs Assessment & Placement Team (SNAP)

Provides main gateway to housing related support services funded by the Supporting People Programme. Access housing related support for people and refer to Supporting People funded services to enable them to live more independently. People who can recive support include those with mental health or substance misuse issues, ex-offenders, older people and 16-17 year olds.

LB Ealing - Gateway Services

Central assessment and referral agency for all Supporting People funded projects in LB Ealing, assessing housing related support needs of vulnerable adults and then referring to supported accommodation and floating support. Works with vulnerable people including those with alcohol/drug support needs, young people, ex-offenders, mental health, learning disabilities and those with multiple needs.
